Expert, Enterprise, or Executive?

What stage of leadership are you in: Expert, Enterprise, or Executive?
If you're familiar with the concept of the T-shape leader, you'll recognize the first 2 dimensions:
💪 The Expert Leader: You lead with deep expertise and technical mastery in a specific domain. This is the vertical part of the “T” - deep, focused, and confident in your craft.
🔥 The Enterprise Leader: You think beyond your functional silo. You collaborate across teams, see patterns across functions, and influence broader strategy. This is the horizontal part of the “T” - wide, adaptive, and connective.
🚀 The Executive Leader: You focus on vision, alignment, and long-term impact. You shape culture, drive clarity in complexity, and inspire across the business and beyond.
Most leaders I work with are in transition:
✨ Shifting from Expert to Enterprise
✨ Or from Enterprise to Executive
There’s no “right” mix.
But there is a blend that best serves:
* your purpose
* your team
* and your organization
❇️ So what’s your current mix?
Are you leading more from depth, breadth, or impact?
I'd love to hear how you're navigating it.
🌱 Always shifting, evolving, growing. [Photo: Lake Superior, Michigan, USA]
