Yoga for Leadership™. 🌱

What's possible when you lead with grace?

Welcome back to your weekly leadership practice. A moment to pause, breathe, and return to center.

We're in Week 7 of 8 in our Opening with Spring series. 🌸 We're dancing into July.  A week of celebration: the World Cup, July 4th.  It’s reminding me that even with everything happening in the world, there's still so much beauty, people, love, and joy to witness and celebrate.  I’m wishing you a week of joy!

This week: grace as power.

💃Dancer's Pose (Natarajasana)

Leadership Practice: Grace in Motion

Dancer's Pose is about art and technique. Strength and flexibility. Grounding and extension.

It’s both a pose of dance and balance.

One foot anchors you. The other leg lifts behind, reaching toward the sky.

Your arms frame the pose. Your gaze is calm and focused.

There's a stillness here. Even in the movement.

I'm neither graceful nor a dancer. 🤣 But this pose lets me be both, for a moment.

As leaders, how do we dance in the moment while being effective and impactful?

We often think grace slows us down. But the most effective leaders I know lead with grace. They make hard decisions, they navigate tension, they inspire people. And they do it without losing their humanity.

Dancer's Pose asks you this: How are you moving? Are you dancing in your leadership, or just pushing through it?

🌱 Leadership Practice

This week, notice how you move through your leadership.

Are you rushing? Pushing? Or are you moving with intention and grace?

💫 Ask yourself

What would it look like to lead with both power and grace?

One breath.

One pose.

One practice at a time.
